These terms govern the use of brokers.tax, operated by HASHCODE SOFTWARE - FZCO, Building A1, IFZA Business Park, DDP, 61615-001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”). By using the site you accept them.

1. The service

Brokers.tax reads the account statement you upload from Interactive Brokers and calculates figures for your tax return according to the rules of the country you select. The free preview shows the estimated tax; the paid report unlocks the line-by-line values, the detailed calculation and the Excel export for one country and one tax year.

2. Not tax advice

The service is a calculation tool. It is not tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace a tax adviser. Results depend on the completeness of the statement you upload and on assumptions explained in the report. You remain responsible for checking the figures and for your tax return.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment and depends on the number of sales in the tax year. Payment is processed by Stripe. The report is delivered immediately after payment; by paying you request immediate delivery of the digital content.

4. Refunds

If the report does not match your statement or cannot be used for your return, write to support@hashcode.software within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full amount.

5. Your content

You must only upload statements you are entitled to use. You can delete your report at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages, tax assessments, interest or penalties. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Trademarks

Interactive Brokers and IBKR are trademarks of their owner. Brokers.tax is not affiliated with or endorsed by Interactive Brokers.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
